LTO Region VI Recognizes Outstanding Female Employees in Celebration of National Women’s Month

The Land Transportation Office Regional Office VI (LTO RO VI) recently paid tribute to seven exceptional female employees in celebration of National Women’s Month, recognizing their unwavering dedication and exemplary service.

The recognition ceremony, held during the weekly flag-raising event on March 17, showcased the agency’s commitment to promoting excellence in public service. Regional Director Atty. Gaudioso P. Geduspan II and Assistant Regional Director Jeck Conlu led the event, presenting Certificates of Appreciation, cash incentives, and special beauty gift packs to the honorees.

- Lucia G. Escobia – Administrative Division
- Gilda C. Caquilgan – Financial & Management Division
- Ana Mae V. Cabardo – New Registration Unit
- Shiela Mae C. Alulod – Regional Law Enforcement Unit
- Joanne A. Cardona – Operations Division
- Rutchelyn Joy T. Manzo – Iloilo City District Office
- Lorline P. Patriarca – Iloilo City Licensing Center

LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor Mendoza lauded the initiative, emphasizing the courage, resilience, and leadership of women in public service. Regional Director Geduspan and ARD Conlu echoed his sentiments, underscoring the importance of recognizing and celebrating women’s contributions across all sectors.
